VANILLA BLUE – dark cities – VINYL LP (black) + CD

First Lp for this super band from Saint-Etienne, France. You will find in the line-up some members from Six Pack, Zero Gain, Protex Blue and others, all these had built the legendary punk scene of their hometown… 11 great tracks, think Husker Du, Murder City Devils or X for the punk side, but with some strong power pop rock n’roll roots that can be traced in the Australian scene (Saints/New Christs) or their US heroes like the Replacements, Plimsouls or even REM… This Lp is produced by Pierre (Burning Heads) and Alex (Forest Pooky, Uncommonmenfrommars), and some friends showed up to give a little help (Spi from OTH, Sven from NRA/Human Alert), Salim (Six Pack/Busyman)…
